Grand Theft
Auto 5, known as GTA5 in my opinion is the game of the year. This game was
launched in stores September 17 and before it came out they made 2.5 million
dollars from pre orders. GTA5 wasn't just a normal game, it was a big deal to
all gamer's! Last time a GTA game came out it was in 2008 and that was the 4th
one so it's been a while since we've seen a Grand Theft Auto game.
The one
thing that impressed me was how different it was compared to the other games.
This GTA you were able to play as 3 different characters such as Michael,
Franklyn and Trevor. They were all different types of characters so you got a
taste of every diverse lifestyle. Michael was a rich man who is going through a
midlife crisis and having family issues. Now for Trevor who is my favorite character,
he is a reckless, ugly and dirty country boy always makes me laugh. He has no
fear and wants to do anything that involves explosions and shooting. Also, Franklyn
a man from the hood finding ways to make money so he can get out of the hood
and live that high life. I liked the way they chose the characters, it was cool
how they have different options in this game and how you can play with the one
character that you think is more fun.
As I was
saying this video game was my favorite game of the year and probably will still
be my favorite till there's another GTA that's is as good or even better than
this one. Everyone that pre ordered GTA took the risk of buying the game before
seeing how it although they had made a fantastic choice. I remember waking up
early one morning and before going to school, Walmart had just opened 30
minutes ago and there was only one copy left. And that's a store where no one
usually goes to buy video games compared to best buy or future shop. This goes
to shows how popular and good this game was.
In my opinion, all the Grand Theft Auto's are really good but just like you my favorite is the Grand Theft Auto 5 because the game is so different then the rest off the series. I agree with you that the characters where really nicely designed and its gives you the diversity you need to not get bored of the game easily.
ReplyDeleteI use to play Grand Theft Auto when I was younger. They are very nice games but they are just too repetitive. I find that GTA IIV and GTA IV are very similar but they only made a few small changes that didn’t really attract my attention. That’s why I stopped buying and playing this game. Although, GTA V like you said seems to be a game changer, I still wouldn’t buy it because I know that I’d only play it for a couple of days then forget about it.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed playing this Grand Theft Auto, It's a really good game with awesome graphics. The only thing I don't like is the fact that you cant buy your own house or at least customize the one you're living in! Other than that, good game and I really enjoyed the story line and the fact you have three characters to choose from.
ReplyDeleteYes Maroun, totally agree with you that is a feature they are missing, it would make the game better. But if you have online you could buy your own house but im pretty sure you cannot customize it that's something im gonna look in to and let you know my friend.
DeleteI completely agree with you. GTA 5 is the best in the series by far. One thing you forgot to mention was the online mode that allows you to do essentially anything you want, whether it's stealing cars or kicking people sunbathing at the beach. It's a truly great sandbox experience.
ReplyDeleteI'm glad you chose to review GTA 5. I also had a similar opinion on it. It tend to usually revert back to my N64 for my gaming experiences. However, when I played GTA 5 for the first time with my friends I had so much fun! It is absolutely so entertaining and hilarious! Not to mention the diverse story lines and characters which make the game all the more enjoyable.
ReplyDeleteI have not played GTA 5 as much as I kind of wanted to. I must admit I thought that GTA 5 was really funt to play. I find that the graphics and even the game itself was really funny and just got me to play it as much as I did. I may have not played it that many times but for a very long period of time. I agree with Gen, with the fact that GTA 5 has different sotrylines for the different characters makes the game a bit more interestion and fun to play!
